About
I earned by Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2016, and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition in 2018, both from the University of Delaware. I went on to complete my dietetic internship at Long Island University (Post), an ACEND-Accredited program, in 2019.

Iām also a competitive powerlifter, having competed in several USA Powerlifting (USAPL) meets at the local level. At a recent meet, I put up a total just shy of 1200 lbs (413 lb squat, 303 lb bench, 468 lb deadlift) at a bodyweight of 166 lbs.
After years of lifting weights, I eventually decided to become a personal trainer as well, so I could help others pursue their training goals. I earned my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
When Iām not lifting weights, helping others with their nutrition, or reading nutrition research, you can find me playing guitar, piano, or hanging with my Yorkie, Boo Bear.
