Whether it be educational handouts, excessive food restriction, crash diets, detoxes, or impersonal follow-ups with an unsympathetic coach or practitioner, most programs are designed for weight loss – not long-term change. My personal training services ($200/month) feature individualized, customized training plans, designed based on your preferences and equipment availability. Rather than providing a cookie-cutter 12-week program, I update my client’s training programs weekly.
