You see, most diet programs inevitably fail. They promise quick results at the expense of sustainability. Whether it be handouts, excessive food restriction, crash diets, or detoxes, few programs deliver long-term change. This is why the vast majority of people who lose weight end up gaining it back.
Whether you’re looking for fat loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or general health, changing your diet is hard. You need a sustainable, individualized approach from a practitioner who gets it. Someone who listens, has your back, and shows you the ropes so that you can eventually do it on your own.

Most of my clients use their health insurance to cover my services. I’m in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Emblem GHI, Amerihealth NJ, HealthFirst NY, and UHC EmpireShip. If your health insurance doesn’t cover my services, my out-of-pocket prices are $150 USD for initial sessions, and $100 for follow-ups. I conduct my services via telehealth.
